RMS Kindergarten Reminder Remember today is our “come and go” kindergarten graduation from 2:00 -4:00 pm. Parents, grandparents, and siblings are welcome to come in and take pictures with the kids. We have scheduled in 30 increments by last names to avoid lengthy wait times . If you are not able to drop by during your scheduled time feel free to drop by any time between 2 and 4 , you may just have a slightly longer wait time . The schedule is as follows . Last names A-F 2:00-2:30 G-K 2:30-3:00 L-R 3:00-3:30 S-Z 3:30-4:00

RMS 8th grade parents Graduation tomorrow afternoon/evening. This is a closed ceremony for graduates, parents, grandparents and siblings. No extended family members. Upon arrival, please stay in your car until we notify you to come in. We will be disinfecting between each family. If anyone in your family is running fever or has symptoms on Covid 19, they should not attend. Once you are done in the gym, if the weather permits, we will change the marquis to include your child’s name. You may also check out the graduation cap and gown so you can take pictures with other family. We ask that you return it by June 1st. If you have any questions, give me a call or text. 918-707-0318. If you didn’t pick up a food box donated by Cherokee Nation on Tuesday, come tomorrow, 10:00-12:00 These boxes are for anyone in the community. First come, first serve.

May Board Meeting

RMS Reminder - We will be giving away food boxes donated by Cherokee Nation today, beginning at 10:00 AM. Boxes are available for anyone on a first-come, first-serve basis.

May 11 - 17 🌷 Happy Mother’s Day to our Rocky Mountain moms! Monday, May 11 🚀 10:00-12:00, “Meals on Mondays” pickup (school breakfast and lunch program) 🚀 9:00-12:00, Return any and all completed work that you have not submitted electronically to teachers. Also return laptops, textbooks, library books, and athletic suits or practice gear. Drop off will be in paved parking lot. Tuesday, May 12 😊 10:00-12:00, Food Box Distribution. Food boxes provided by Cherokee Nation to any family. First come, first serve. Saturday, May 16 👨🏼‍🎓 4:00-8:00, 8th grade graduation with immediate family, pictures and filming for virtual production. Families will be contacted Monday for appointments. We will schedule a traditional ceremony later in the summer if restrictions are lifted. Sunday, May 17 👨🏼‍🎓 2:00-4:00, Kindergarten “Come and Go” Graduation with immediate family. RMS News..... 1. This is Teacher Appreciation Week - reach out to your child’s teacher and teacher assistants to let them know how much you appreciate them. 💙 2. This is the final week of school! All assignments should be completed this week. 3. Monday, May 11th, 9:00-12:00. Return all homework packets, textbooks, library books, athletic uniforms and practice gear, and laptop computers **If you have sent your work electronically to your child’s teacher, you do not need to return the packet. 4. 8th grade graduation info coming in the next couple days.

Activities for Monday, April 20th, 10:00-noon 🚀 2nd and 5th-8th grade Learning Packet Pick Up for the last 3 weeks of school 🚀 5th-8th athletes may pick up belongings from lockers. Items will be outside of gym. Stay in your car. Staff will assist you. 🚀 Any student of any grade who is not able to return assignments electronically to teachers, may return work any Monday, 10:00-noon 🚀 “Meals on Mondays” - we are serving school breakfasts and lunches for the entire week on Mondays.
