RMS 2nd graders (soon to be 3rd!) 🚀 Your child brought home an enrollment form for a one day Cherokee Nation Gadugi Corp Reading Camp on June 24th at Peavine school from 8:30-4:00. 🚀 I strongly encourage you to enroll your child in this wonderful opportunity. RMS Parents ☀️ Tomorrow is our last day of school. We are planning on playing outside with various activities beginning at 9:00 ☀️Please put sunscreen on your child ☀️ Some activities will involve water. Please have your child bring a change of clothes, including underwear, and a towel in a plastic bag so they can bring wet clothes home. ☀️ Wear shorts and colored tshirts. No swimsuits.

5th - 8th grade academic, sports, JOM, Student of Today, and personality awards will be tomorrow (Wednesday) at 1:00 PM in the gym.

Kindergarten graduation is tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM. Your child will need to be in the classroom at 8:00 so that they can practice and get ready. Thank you!

8th Grade Parents 😊 Tomorrow is the day! 🚀 We will practice in the morning and should be done around 10:30 if your child has hair appointment, etc. 🧑🏽‍🎓Have your child at school by 6:00 PM 👩🏻‍🎓Ceremony begins at 6:30 😊 Parent-sponsored party after the ceremony in old gym until 10:00 PM. Wear comfortable clothes for games and fun. Food can be dropped off at gym after 5:00.

RMS Parents 🥰 This message is not going to faculty unless they have a student. This is National Teacher Appreciation Week. Take a moment to have your child make a handwritten note, picture, etc. telling a teacher, granny, bus driver, cook, custodian how much they appreciate them.

RMS Parents 😊 Tuesday is our annual Cultural Day. We could use about 10 adult volunteers who would be willing to help with a few assignments that day. Examples include assisting a presenter with a craft, assisting teachers, photography, etc. 🙌🏼 If you are available, please call our office Monday to sign up.

🚌 Due to amount of rainfall, we are taking the kids to Sequoyah park at Western Hills, located between Hulbert and Wagoner.

5th, 6th, 7th grade parents 🚌 students will be going to Devil's Den State Park tomorrow. They will return before 3:00. Lunch will be provided. 👞 Please wear tennis shoes or boots - no crocs, sandals or flip-flops 😊 Students may bring fishing gear, frisbee, footballs, outdoor games,etc. 😊 Dress in layers and wear sunscreen.

RMS 8th grade 🚌 The bus will leave school at 6:00 AM. Their 3 meals will be provided. They only need spending money. They will go to SDC for the day then I think they will stop by the outlet mall for a bit. They will probably be returning about midnight-ish. I will send a text when they are near Fayetteville area.
